I'm so happy and excited and lots of other emotions that usually come with releasing a book out into the world.
Release day for me is like a wild roller coaster ride. The climb up to the top of the first drop is like the weeks leading up to it. I don't know what's going to happen next so I'm scared, but also anxious. Then the day arrives and bam! The real ride begins and it's a blast!
As always, release day is not just a celebration of my hard work, but also a tribute to everyone who helped me get here. Special thanks to my editor Heather Howland at Entangled Brazen, my authors friends in the Orange County Chapter of RWA and, of course, my family.
I love being an author. Especially on days like today.
